Al Marah Restaurant provides the following services:

• Dine-In: On-premise dining at our Al Wasl Road location, subject to availability and reservation.
• Online Ordering: Food and beverage ordering through our website for delivery or collection.
• Catering and Private Events: Customized food service for corporate and private functions, subject to a separate catering agreement.
• Delivery: Home or office delivery within our designated service zones in Dubai.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order through our platform, you agree to the following:

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices displayed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Once an order enters kitchen preparation, it cannot be canceled or modified.
• Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods.
• Al Marah reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

Promotional prices, discount codes, and special offers are subject to their own terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delivery times may be affected by:

• Traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
• High-demand periods, public holidays, or kitchen capacity

Al Marah Restaurant is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control. Delivery fees, minimum order requirements, and service zones are displayed at checkout and may change without notice.

User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:
